Title: Customer Intelligence/CRM Analyst
Company: Retail Company
Location: REMOTE 
Job Type: 6+ month contract (likely to extend) 
Hourly Rate: $25-33/hr W2 
Salary (or hourly rate)  is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC

Knowledge and Abilities

  • Management experience in CRM – creating customer segmentation strategies and deriving insights
  • Articulate thoughts eloquently for multiple levels of management
  • Ability to see from the customers’ perspective and serve as their advocate
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail

Education and Skills
• 3-5 years in Customer Marketing, Analytics, Partnerships, CRM/Database and/or Online Marketing with strong emphasis on campaign management/audience selection.
• Well-versed in all aspects of business intelligence, marketing analytics & retail analytics
CRM role within a Retail company a plus
