Knowledge and Abilities
- Management experience in CRM – creating customer segmentation strategies and deriving insights
- Articulate thoughts eloquently for multiple levels of management
- Ability to see from the customers’ perspective and serve as their advocate
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
Education and Skills
• 3-5 years in Customer Marketing, Analytics, Partnerships, CRM/Database and/or Online Marketing with strong emphasis on campaign management/audience selection.
• Well-versed in all aspects of business intelligence, marketing analytics & retail analytics
CRM role within a Retail company a plus
