Title: Customer Experience Representative

Company: Luxury home goods and furniture company

Location: Los Angeles, California

Salary: $42,000-$52,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, voicemails, and emails in an efficient and timely manner
  • Address customer inquiries in a positive and empathetic manner
  • Resolve any order issues and product questions by providing accurate answers and solutions
  • Maintain broad knowledge of products and services
  • Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent communication

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, call-center environment is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Zendesk and Shopify is a plus
  • Furniture industry or e-commerce experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
