Job Title: Product Manager
Duration: ASAP – 2/25/25
Hours: M-F 40 hrs/wk
Location: New York, NY (3 days On site 2 days WFH)
Pay: $40-60/hr
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Work closely with business partners to develop digital programs that best meet the needs.
-Will manage digital projects & services rollout, developing and executing new strategic initiatives and product features improvements, as well as helping consolidating site features & roadmap
– Track progress, identify and resolve dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate status to brand team
– Support Go-to-market for features and beauty tech services
– Communicates the current state of projects in cross functional team meetings to discuss status, identify risks and facilitate decision
– Measure project / features performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
QUALIFICATION:
– 3 to 5 years
NECESSARY SKILLS:
– Strong Project skills – Product management a plus
– Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
– Demonstrates strong creative vision and customer-centric
– Willingness to learn new technologies, platforms & innovations
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide optimization recommendations working with structured and unstructured data
– Experience with Google Analytics
– Experience with Graphic, User Experience design and A/B Testing
– Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, negotiation skills
– Proven ability in successfully running multiple projects
– Customer Service Orientation and creativity in problem solving
– Manage risks & anticipate bottlenecks, manage project prioritization, and balance the business needs versus technical considerations to deliver business results.
– Bachelor’s degree required
– Advanced skills within Microsoft Suite, MS Word, Microsoft Outlook Calendar & E-Mail, Excel, Power Point
