Overview: Our client, a leading creative and production company, creates exceptional live experiential events worldwide for renowned brands. They seek a hands-on Creative Director to be the visionary for all in-house and client-facing design needs.
Responsibilities:
- Take a proactive and hands-on approach to design, providing guidance and leadership to a team of creative professionals.
- Drive the conceptualization and execution of innovative design concepts for various projects, including live events, brand activations, and internal design initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless integration of design concepts with logistical and technical requirements.
- Act as a key representative in client meetings, effectively communicating design concepts and addressing client needs and feedback.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in experiential design, particularly within the realm of large-scale events, showcasing a deep understanding of spatial design, branding, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as SketchUp and Cinema 4D, with the ability to leverage these tools to bring design concepts to life.
- Proven experience in team leadership, with a track record of effectively guiding and motivating creative teams to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage directly with clients, fostering positive relationships and effectively managing client expectations throughout the design process.
