Title: Creative Resourcing Coordinator

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
This is a hybrid position local to Culver City CA working onsite Tuesday – Thursday.
The Creative Resourcing Coordinator will assist the Program Manager in onboarding and offboarding freelancers and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, understanding of the creative process, and excellent communication skills.
Key Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in creative resource, recruiting, or project management.
• Familiarity with project management systems; experience with Airtable is a plus.
• Knowledge of the creative process in product, design, and marketing.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a thoughtful approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, customer-service oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule quarterly staffing meetings to review creative resourcing plans and assist with note-taking.
• Assist in screening and sourcing processes, schedule interviews, gather feedback, and track role status.
• Provide ad-hoc scheduling support.
• Manage the extensions process, update internal tools, and liaise with internal partners.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of contingent workers, including email communications and equipment tracking.
• Troubleshoot and guide candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist in creating staffing reports.
• Utilize internal sourcing tool for candidate tracking, feedback, and status updates.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Support ad-hoc projects related to Creative Resourcing Program.
