Location: Fully Remote – Although must be located in Baltimore MD, Boston MA, Houston TX, Los Angeles CA, or San Diego CA
Compensation: $55-62/hr W2
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC. 

Summary: 
As the Content Operations Manager this position will manage content teams working in one or more feature areas. Helping to guide the success of the team through coaching, goal setting, and building relationships. 
Responsibilities: 

• Manage individual content strategists and collaborate with other content strategy managers and leads to create a shared actionable vision for the content strategy team 
• Provide regular performance feedback, check-ins, and reviews for people who report to you 
• Coach team members to increase their impact, develop their strengths, and grow their careers 
• Provide content strategy for complex features for the global company audience 
• Help shape company content standards
• Develop efficient repeatable processes, workflows, and content templates that keep the team successful in a culture that values moving quickly 
• Share your own work and provide feedback to teammates in a variety of settings
• Promote content strategy to applicable content communities 

Skills/Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree 
• Experience in developing content 
• Knowledge of social and mobile experiences 
• Knowledge of project management and leading a team through the cycle of the creative process 
• Able to work independently 
• Able to interpret, analyze and evaluate given information relative to research 
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
