Salary: $65,000-$75,000

Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and providing personalized recommendations based on their style preferences and needs.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new clientele through networking and outreach efforts.
- Utilize your existing client book to drive repeat business and generate referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff supervision.
- Provide leadership and support to the sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the company's values and conveying enthusiasm for our products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury menswear sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Made to Measure and Tailoring understanding
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a proven client book.
- Deep knowledge of menswear fashion trends, fabrics, and brands, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience preferred, with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
