Compensation: $35-60/hr W2
Salary (or hourly rate) is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC
Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee large scale digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they are setup, optimized, and delivered on time
- Address and resolve technical issues related to ad operations, including pixel tracking, ad delivery, and reporting
- Provide technical support to clients, translating complex technical issues into understandable solutions
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve future campaigns
- Maintain and manage ad operations tools and platforms, including ensuring proper integration and functionality
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product to ensure smooth execution and delivery of ad campaigns
- Ensure all ad campaigns comply with industry standards and guidelines, and perform quality checks to maintain high standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising operations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Strong understanding of digital ad technologies including ad servers, pixels, and tracking tools
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar advertising platforms including campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
