Job Title: Accounts Receivable/Customer Master Analyst
Duration: 5/13/24 – 11/12/24
Hours: M-F 40 hrs/wk
Location: Cranbury NJ 08512
(Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 remote)
Pay: $30-33/hr

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.

*Bachelor’s required
*Power BI required

Job Requirements:
· College degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration or related field.
· At least 3-5 years related work experience in a related field in a corporate environment.
· Demonstrated analytical skills and problem solving ability
· Strong and rapid decision-making ability.
· Proven organizational and strategic planning skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
· Understanding of SAP processes preferred.
· Able to handle difficult or challenging master data situations with diplomacy, tact and professionalism.
· Strong computer skills using Microsoft Windows and Excel Programs.
· Exposure to Lean Six Sigma knowledge and practice
· Experience with robotic process automation in finance or supply chain a plus.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
· Support the vision of modern ways of working in customer master activities.
· Lead the activities of customer master and the team to meet / beat established goals and to align with industry standards.
· In accordance with internal control norms, run and review customer master maintenance reports, recommend data cleansing and review with finance and obtain approvals, archive results.
· Prepare and distribute monthly reporting
· Streamline and transform internal processing / drive change in Supply chain including implementing robotic process automation and lean flow principles.
· Provide ongoing training and inquiry supporting the department analysts / specialists and maintain process procedures, assisting in any customer master related advice or problem resolution.
· Interact with audit teams and Internal Control during audit periods and participate in the resolution of any open audit items
• Manage and advise customer master-related inquiries and problem resolution
• Key Customer Master-specific reporting and metrics for visibility of business – Power Bi

. Requirements:
• Must possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• High level of technical knowledge in SAP Master Data
• Knowledge and use of Power Bi optimal
• Must be highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints
• Ability to operate in a team environment and adapt in changing work environment
