Responsibilities
- Open and maintain relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the point of contact accounts, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
- Preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and order management; work to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the order lifecycle, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Prepare and present regular sales and account performance reports, highlighting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in the young men’s or men’s apparel industry, with specific experience in the off-price apparel market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
