Salary: $75,000-$120,000

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal footwear collections that align with brand aesthetics, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Conduct trend research, including attending trade shows, analyzing competitor offerings, and monitoring fashion blogs and social media platforms.
- Translate conceptual ideas into sketches and technical drawings, ensuring designs are both aesthetically pleasing and technically feasible for production.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials, oversee sample development, and ensure quality control throughout the production process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining design integrity and product excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, production, and marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and product assortment strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in women's footwear design within the fast fashion off-price market
- Open to an Associate Designer or higher level
- Proficiency in Clo3D software, with demonstrated experience in creating virtual prototypes and 3D renderings.
- Strong sketching and technical drawing abilities, with a keen understanding of footwear construction and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing original footwear designs
