My name is Krista Lucas Simon and I have been in the Talent Acquisition space since graduating from Monmouth University back in 2016. I have a combination of both agency and in house recruiting experience, working for brands such as Chanel, LVMH, and Urban Outfitters. I am a dog mom to two rescue pups from Puerto Rico and spend my free time reading, traveling with my husband, or down the Jersey shore.
