Katie Erlandson is the Vice President of Talent Partnerships specializing in all levels of fashion and creative search. With over 15 years of industry experience, Katie provides her clients and candidates with invaluable industry insights and knowledge to guide the most successful long term hiring decisions. Her client partners include some of the most recognizable brands and retailers in the fashion, beauty, and wellness space in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Orange County.
Katie started her career in fashion trend development and sourcing, providing her with a strong foundation and network in the fashion industry. Katie is based in Los Angeles and graduated with BFA in Graphic Design from James Madison University.
When not working, Katie enjoys traveling the world on the never ending pursuit of the best beaches and perfect sunset.
