Jackie Piazza is a Vice President at JBC, with over 13 years of experience in recruitment and client management. Jackie graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Human Development and Family Studies.
Jackie was lucky enough to secure a position with JBC prior to graduating, and she knew soon after she started that she had found her home. She spent 7 years working out of JBC’s New York City Headquarters before transferring to their Miami location. Throughout her career at JBC she has developed and honed her skills across all aspects of the talent acquisition process, from recruiting to account management, to leading teams of recruiters. Over the years she has partnered closely with her clients, forming deep relationships and becoming a true extension of their organizations in order to successfully and continuously deliver the best talent. As the retail landscape continues to shift, so too has she, building upon her network in fashion and retail to partner with clients within various industries including consumer goods, beauty, health & wellness, food & beverage, technology, home and lifestyle.
She is a native New Yorker, currently residing in Miami with her husband, two daughters and Cavalier King Charles, Stella. When Jackie is not busy finding the best talent for her clients, you can find her spending time with her family, trying new restaurants, reading a good book, or at her happy place – the beach.
