Erica Corrado, currently Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at JBC, has spent the last seven years in retail recruitment and client management. After working directly in the field, she joined JBC to work closely with luxury, contemporary, and mid-tier fashion brands to source for their core staffing needs. Erica also leads a bi-coastal recruiting and business development team. She is a graduate of Marist College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
