"Give a girl the right kind of shoes and she will rule the world!" - Marilyn Monroe

Carrie Sachs is a New York City native, raised in the heart of the Upper East Side by two parents in the Fashion & Textile Industries. She has lived her whole life in the hustle of Manhattan aside from her college years, which she spent in Boston. She graduated from Boston University in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.

Shortly after graduating, she met Bryan Zaslow and began working as one of JBC's first Talent Acquisition Executives when the business was primarily focused on fashion and retail recruiting. She quickly developed a love for and expertise in recruiting and has worked her way up to her role as Executive Vice President at JBC. She is currently responsible for leading training & development, delivery on jobs, and supporting general business growth.

Throughout her tenure at JBC, Carrie has led and managed multiple teams and built an extensive training program. She loves teaching and mentoring recruiters who are new to the industry. Outside of work, Carrie considers herself a walking NYC Zagat guide. Her personal passions include running, drawing, exploring new restaurants, and being a Mommy to her son Ashton.
