Candice Miles is an accomplished cannabis recruiting professional, currently JBC’s Senior Recruiting Manager for the Health & Wellness team with a focus on cannabis. Candice majored in English at the University of California, at Santa Barbara. She currently works remotely from Ojai, CA.
Prior to joining JBC, she worked in a multitude of industries both as an in-house and agency recruiter. It wasn’t until 2018 that she found her way into an industry that matched her passion; cannabis. She found a top boutique cannabis staffing agency, Santa Monica-based coNectar, where she worked until it was absorbed by JBC in 2021.
In her spare time, Candice can be found with her family boondocking at the beach, wake boarding, stand up paddle boarding, running, or resting with her nose in a good book.
