Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions focused on the welding of jewelry in various metals, such as solid gold and sterling silver.
- Educate customers about permanent jewelry offerings and product care guidelines.
- Skillfully weld permanent jewelry onto customers while providing an engaging and welcoming experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of welding materials and workstations.
- Manage appointments and guest check-ins using the scheduling platform efficiently.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system and explain warranty policies for permanent jewelry.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the brand and product offerings to guide customer purchases.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals by utilizing customer-centric selling techniques.
- Exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, including metrics like Average Order Value, Units Per Transaction, and Conversion Rate.
- Leverage company tools and strategies to drive store-wide sales success.
- Build genuine relationships with customers, delivering a personalized shopping experience that fosters loyalty.
- Support store events and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.
- Assist customers with styling recommendations tailored to their individual preferences and needs.
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and warranties accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to present products attractively and keep the sales floor organized.
- Collaborate with leadership on operational tasks, including inventory counts and shipment processing.
- Support back-of-house operations to ensure efficient product replenishment and availability.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1+ year of permanent jewelry/welding experience (required).
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
- Open availability- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
