About the Role: 

We are seeking a Concession Manager to lead our womenswear department at Beales in Poole, Dorset. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded professional eager to advance their career in fashion retail. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. 

• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and satisfaction. 

• Manage stock processes, including deliveries, stocktaking, replenishments, and recalls. 

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards in alignment with company guidelines. 

• Execute marketing campaigns and promotions within tight deadlines. 

• Foster strong working relationships with host store staff. 

• Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. 

Requirements: 

• Proven retail experience, preferably in a leadership role. 

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. 

• Target-driven with a commercial mindset. 

• Highly organized, enthusiastic, and hands-on. 

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead a team. 

• A flair for visual merchandising and an eye for detail. 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
