Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to develop and implement retail marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales.
- Lead in-store activations, visual merchandising, and campaigns tailored to local market trends.
- Partner with Sephora teams in the US, Mexico, and Brazil to ensure consistent and seamless trade marketing efforts.
- Design and execute visual merchandising strategies for Sephora US, enhancing the customer experience.
- Adapt global visual merchandising guidelines to suit local markets in Mexico and Brazil.
- Oversee seasonal promotions, product launches, and in-store experiences that respond to market demands.
- Analyze sales and promotional performance, recommending adjustments to meet goals.
- Coordinate with Sales and Demand Planning to ensure inventory levels align with key programs.
- Work with the digital team to optimize content for Sephora's digital platforms.
- Track KPIs, including sales growth and ROI, for all trade marketing activities.
- Support sampling programs and collaborate on seasonal kits and exclusive offerings.
- Assist with budget management, including reconciliation and invoicing.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or trade marketing within beauty/skincare.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Sephora.
- Gen Z brand experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%) and work with global teams.
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects.
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
