Location: Palm Beach, Florida
Salary: $60,000-$65,000 plus commissions

Responsibilities:
 

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to clients, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of menswear, tailoring, and made-to-measure processes to advise clients on fit, fabric selection, and customizations.
• Maintain and grow an existing client book, nurturing long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Assist clients with fittings, alterations, and ensure precise measurements for custom orders.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in menswear, tailoring techniques, and product offerings.
• Collaborate with the tailoring team to ensure seamless execution of made-to-measure orders.
• Maintain an immaculate store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and image of the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, specifically within menswear and tailoring.
• Expertise in made-to-measure and bespoke services, with a keen understanding of fit, fabrics, and craftsmanship.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a robust client book, with established relationships in the industry.
• Strong sales acumen, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceeding sales goals.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills.
• High level of professionalism, with a passion for luxury fashion and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and POS platforms.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
