Title:  Marketing Manager

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 1 day WFH)
Responsibilities: In this role you will oversee Brand, Product and PR marketing
Requirements:  Brand Marketing Experience, Product Marketing Experience, Beauty Experience (Fragrance Experience preferred) .

Salary: 75-95K + benefits and equity

  • Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.

Responsibilities://What You Will Do:

As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Brand Director to develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy.

You will coordinate and manage external partners such as graphic designers, marketing agencies, and PR firms to position and build their new luxury brand  in the market.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fragrance marketing or beauty
  • Familiarity with the perfume or beauty industry.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset; thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Requirements:

  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to capture market share within the professional and prestige perfume sectors.
  • Crafting a strategic activation calendar in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
  • Supporting the Account Planning Process, including deck creation, cross-functional reviews, and ensuring on-time completion and accuracy.
  • Managing all aspects of the go-to-market strategy, including sampling initiatives, budget tracking, and promotional planning.
  • Leading content management and optimization efforts by partnering with digital and e-commerce teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Assist in creative brief development, ensuring clarity on program objectives and deadlines.
  • Identifying new opportunities to innovate and support retailer-specific goals in both in-store and online settings.
  • Facilitating external brand partnerships to drive marketing-led collaborations.
