Job Specification: Tech Pack Designer
Position Title: Tech Pack Designer (Childrenswear)
Department: Girls – Big Girls/Womens or Baby/Toddler
Work Arrangement: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote (Fridays)
Salary: $45-$60k
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.

Role Overview
Job Description:
The Tech Pack Designer will create detailed tech packs to streamline production processes and enhance communication with factories in Bangladesh, China, India, and Egypt. Must be proficient at creating tech packs through Adobe Illustrator/ Excel.
** Need to show Tech Pack Samples
Responsibilities:

Develop tech packs for new styles
Collaborate with design and production teams
Manage timelines for tech pack delivery

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years in tech pack creation
Background in fashion design and garment construction

Skills:

Proficient in Illustrator and Excel
Detail-oriented and proactive
