Derek Smith is a recruiter for retail with an extensive background with in-store retail. Considered a self proclaimed "retail nomad", Derek has been lucky enough to travel the country thanks to his retail expertise. This has provided opportunities to live in Charleston SC, NYC and Seattle, while currently residing in Jacksonville, FL.

Thanks to the mix of these eclectic cities, Derek's hobbies include anything outdoors (thanks to the PNW) trying new restaurants and fun bars (thanks to NYC) and quiet evenings with friends and loved ones. (thanks to Charleston, SC).

Derek is a firm believer in individualism and focusing on each and every persons strengths to devise a bigger picture. He aims to make everyone's experience that comes in contact with him, a pleasant and genuinely memorable one.
