Lauren Smith is a Talent Acquisition Executive with 8 years’ experience in the staffing industry and 5 years’ experience in retail management. Her role at JBC allows her to mesh the two together and is what drew her to join our team. Lauren focuses on roles in accounting/finance, retail stores, executive assistant roles, and everything and anything in between. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Marketing. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, going to the beach on the weekends, and volunteering in her community.
