Antonella Marafioti is a Manager of Talent Acquisition for JBC's Freelance Division.
After spending her college years working toward a career in Music PR, she "accidentally" fell into a position at JBC and has never looked back. When she joined JBC in 2016, she was 1 of 3 to kickstart JBC's Los Angeles Freelance Division - focusing on a wide array of freelance & temp to hire roles across Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, Entertainment, and Consumer Goods.
After two years of working in the LA office, it was time for her to go home to the East Coast where she is currently living in New Jersey and working both remotely and out of the NY office. Over the last 5 years she has transitioned from solely recruiting to also managing brand accounts and new team members.
In her work and personal life, she absolutely loves a challenge and doesn't like to leave any stone unturned. Outside of the office, she enjoys going to the gym, sending her friends endless voice memos, and going home to nag her family & friends in nearby Philadelphia.
She also enjoys the thrill of buying new cleaning products & cuddling with her pup named Cannoli 🙂
