Ryan is a technical recruiter here at JBC. His main focus is personality, passion, and relationships. People will say your job doesn't define who you are, but Ryan believes that it’s who you are that defines your work.
With that being said, he is a passionate individual who enjoys connecting great people with great companies. Ryan doesn't consider himself a creative or techie turned recruiter, but a business minded professional who networks at the highest levels worldwide.
On a more personal note he enjoys Taylor ham, any type of pizza, and is a big time foodie in his spare time!
