Responsibilities/Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Watch Repair & Servicing: Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble watch movements; repair or replace damaged components.
- Diagnosis: Inspect and identify malfunctions, determining necessary repairs.
- Calibration & Adjustment: Regulate timing, accuracy, and specialized features like chronographs.
- Restoration: Restore vintage watches while preserving historical integrity.
- Quality Control: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure performance meets industry standards.
- Customer Service: Advise customers on maintenance, repairs, and care instructions.
- Documentation: Maintain repair records, generate estimates, and invoices.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep tools and workspace in optimal condition.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements.
- Hands-on experience with disassembly, assembly, and adjustment of various watch types and complications.
