Salary: $70,000-$85,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring that our products are transported on time and cost-effectively from the port, to our 3PL, to the customer. He/she has experience facilitating both inbound logistics as well as managing third party fulfillment partners. Our ideal candidate is responsible for inventory integrity in our 3PL and providing consistent guidance to the 3PL to ensure accurate and timely shipments to our end customers. He/she will have knowledge of warehouse management systems or ERPs, and experience managing freight forwarders and 3PLs.
Requirements:
- 5 years+ experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Planning Function
- Proven experience in establishing quality control processes for hard goods
- Hands-on, “do whatever it takes to make it a success” mentality
- Working knowledge of basic business tools including Google suite (docs, sheets), Excel skills (eg. pivot tables, V-Lookup)
- Prompt and concise verbal and written communication. Both English and Spanish is a plus
