Vice President of Supply Chain – Full-Time – Hybrid or Remote

Position Overview:

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Vice President of Supply Chain to lead and enhance our supply chain operations. This individual will collaborate closely with the COO and other key leaders to optimize efficiency, sustainability, and cost management within our supply chain processes. As a key contributor to our brand’s growth, the ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage all facets of the supply chain, from vendor relationships and contract negotiations to inventory control and logistics.
– Develop procurement strategies that balance cost-effectiveness with quality and sustainability.
– Implement and refine supply chain systems and processes aimed at improving efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing profitability.
– Lead and mentor a diverse team, promoting a culture of teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement.
– Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain, focusing on eco-friendly practices, waste reduction, and ethical sourcing.
– Create and execute long-term strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and operational goals.
– Identify opportunities for expansion, operational improvements, and market differentiation through supply chain excellence.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
– Over 10 years of leadership experience in supply chain management, ideally within the fast-casual dining or restaurant sector.
– Proven expertise in managing supply chain operations, vendor partnerships, and procurement processes.
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and foster collaboration across departments.
– A strategic mindset with a focus on results, innovation, and driving change.
– A deep commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.

Salary: $175,000 – $220,000 per year, depending on experience
