Our client, a leading social media publishing, marketing for commerce, shopable driven content creation, is
looking for a data-driven creative leader to spearhead this rapidly growing division as our VP, Creative, Performance Marketing. While this position can be remote, and we are open to candidates in all US locations, there is a preference for candidates in the Pacific time zone; especially Los Angeles.
Reporting to our SVP, Performance Marketing, you’ll lead multiple creative teams across production, creative strategy, and post-production. You will also collaborate with our talented leadership and teams across Product, Client Account Management, Business Intelligence, and Paid Media.
YOU HAVE
- A minimum of 7 years experience (at least 3 at the management level) and a degree in a related field
- A successful and experienced leader in the Performance Marketing space within an agency or in-house, with experience managing large-scale accounts, writing and producing creative for social media paid advertising
- An experienced manager of teams with the ability to lead and grow a division of ~50 employees, with success in employee training, motivation, engagement, and retention
- Process driven and highly analytical with a sound understanding of direct response metrics, committed to working closely with the leadership team to manage the division’s tracking, data analysis, testing, reporting, ROI, forecasting, and scalability
- An expert in digital innovation and growth with demonstrated superior technical expertise, organizational capabilities, and industry awareness
- Proven success in developing campaigns across all established and emerging ad platforms
- Strategic in defining and meeting the performance marketing data-driven targets, goals, and objectives, with the knowledge of when to course-correct in an agile and effective manner
- Adaptable and able to quickly identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and growth
- An excellent relationship builder, able to build and inspire trust with clients, partners, and staff
- Collaborative with senior leaders across the company to help define and deliver upon shared vision and goals
- A curious visionary with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to teach and also willing to learn
