Salary: $60K-$70K
Responsibilities:
- Propose celebrity strategies and execute VIP activities, including ongoing product and social placements, Milan Fashion Week support, event appearances, red carpet and key award moments, and more
- Manage product placement opportunities
- Independently execute plans for talent activations that support product launches, and main brand focuses
- Support cross-functional partnerships with global marketing, creative, and press teams to ensure alignment, use, and approval of assets
- Handle dressing events and high-visibility brand moments, which include overseeing fittings
- Secure talent for event appearances, dressing placements, and activations
- Support global celebrity activities for all events
- Constantly propose and research new upcoming talent, be inventive, and monitor new trends in all creative fields
- Monitor all talents and partner with retail teams to ensure alignment between product, sales, and vision
- Ensure regional support for talent initiatives and assist global requests
- Mange VIP and influencer custom orders
- Support the NY office with negotiations of talent activities and administer agreements
- Manage MTM fittings & sample requests for all celebrity opportunities, in-store and offsite
- Support the Regional Marketing team on local events
- Support HQ on international events as required
- Track and report on regional celebrity budget
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience within the retail industry
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong network of talent direct relationships & across talent representatives
- Exceptional network of stylist relationships
- Great team management skills
- Agency experience is a plus
