Job Title: Temporary Manager, Product Management
Location: NYC, Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite, 2 remote
Duration: ASAP – Ongoing 
FT Hours
Pay: $25 – $30/hr
 
Position Overview:
Provide support for Product Management Manager within the brand. Work with sourcing office, Design, Technical Design and Merchandising team to facilitate sample order shipping and receiving status. Coordinate the flow of communication to cross functional teams with a sense of urgency to eliminate roadblocks and ensure milestones deadline are met.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Maintain proto and sales sample tracking report to ensure on-time sample deliveries
* Create, track, and check-in samples for Proto, Showroom, and TOP’s.
* Communicate clearly with CFT on weekly sample status, and keeping the team informed on exception lists.
* Communicate weekly change control memo with sourcing offices
* Analyze developmental issues and proactively communicate to Design, Product Development and material departments
* Communicate and resolve potential issues that affect meeting deadlines.
 
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
* Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills; ability to work closely with Design, Technical Design, Raw Materials, and Merchandising Teams, as well as Sourcing Offices
* Strong computer skills; excel, outlook, PLM
* Strong organizational skills with detailed attention to product information
