Job Description:
The Coordinator will be responsible for assistance in the launch of a new document storage and sharing platform.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the launch of a new Consumer Insights document storage and sharing platform, including:
–Organizing historical documents
–Uploading and tagging reports
–Creating and maintaining user lists
–Documenting processes
–Working with Consumer Insights Manager and third-party vendor(s) on any additional document storage and sharing tasks as needed
• Coordinating planning sessions and trainings for the platform, including:
–Scheduling and managing invites across internal stakeholders and third-party vendor(s)
–Fielding and responding to stakeholder questions Qualifications/Education and/or
Experience:

• Excellent communication, organization and time
• A collaborator that’s willing to work with a wide variety of groups
• Self-starter
