Job Title: Temp to Perm Project Manager
Location: NYC On Site
Hourly Rate: $22/hr- $25/hr Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC

DETAILS
-The project coordinator will help develop our new locations by helping to manage construction and budgets and coordinate the development and production of owners items.
-Additional areas of responsibility include tracking and documenting IP and contracts; setting up utilities and business licenses; assist with the set up and organization of corporate office.

– Track all areas of development and construction
– Product development
– Budgeting
– Cashflow
– Track contracts and IP
– Assist with site set-up
– Utilities
– Business licenses
– Bank accounts
– Assist with corporate office
– Streamlining space
– Miscellaneous duties as they may arise
– Occasional travel as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
– Ability to effectively interact with architects, contractors, artists
– Ability to problem solve effectively
– Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
– Must possess good time-management skills
– Willingness to learn and adjust based on feedback
