Temp to Perm Performance Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing
Location: New York, NY
Hourly Rate: $30-35/hour (Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC)
Position Overview:
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing and analyzing digital marketing strategies around paid media for the purposes of growing brand awareness and driving traffic and revenue to the brand retail and Online in the US. Candidates must be experienced and comfortable reporting results and educating all levels of management in the area of acquisition marketing. The Performance Marketing Manager reporting into the Director of Digital Marketing and will have one direct report as well as support of various agencies, and should have experience managing a team and developing individuals.
Responsibilities:

Strategically manage paid search, display, and affiliate campaigns across channels and ensure program specific ROI goals and sales targets are being met

Oversee all calendar communication, ad copy, and creative used within marketing across channels, working closely with Associate Manager to provide guidance and support

Maintain alignment with robust promotional calendar ensuring that messaging and spend is consistent with site wide goals

Manage the financial planning of digital marketing across channels, reforecasting sales targets and shifting spend to drive performance while adhering to budgets and goals

Develop and maintain reporting on all levels of data for ROI and KPI metrics

Partner with Director(s) on vetting new testing opportunities outside of the usual business needs

Ability to gather insights from data and foresee new opportunities and next steps from analysis, and present in meaningful way

Fully own internal relationships with e-commerce/marketing/creative/finance/merchandising/etc. teams as well as external relationships with agency and vendor partners

Independently tackle challenges related to digital channels and campaigns, and proactively work with team members to drive results

Active participant in cross functional meetings that may or may not be related to acquisition marketing

Perceived as a leader & expert in digital marketing within internal teams & external partners
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

A minimum of 5-6 years hands on digital marketing experience, managing large-scale, performance driven campaigns either agency or client side.

Some experience with SEO optimization or reporting is a plus

Exceptional analytical and presentation skills

Strong familiarity with SQL, relational databases, Excel pivot-table and statistical techniques

Expert with Excel and PowerPoint required

Strong communicator and presenter

Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tool

Hands on experience with a paid search management platforms a plus

Hands on experience with 3rd party ad serving tool a plus

Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management and external agency partners
