Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.

The Marketing Manager will be supporting the Paid Search channel and will be an integral part of the Performance Marketing team. This position will own the strategic development of Search and Shopping programs, leveraging best practices, testing opportunities, budget management, and data-based insights to drive best-in-class ecommerce and retail experiences and achieve our customer acquisition and retention goals globally. This role will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager.

·              Partner closely with vendor and agencies to deliver business goals including but not limited to maximizing incremental demand and return on ad spend, acquiring new customers, and improving channel efficiencies
·              Support team in managing budgets and goals for owned channels, including monthly forecast process and alignment, in-month performance reporting and feedback, and finance forecasts and close submissions
·              Own multi-week pacing analysis and feedback to allocate proper investment to achieve goals
·              Review hourly performance reports, search platforms, and search tools daily to identify trends and opportunities to drive growth for the search channel
·              Manage copy and creative for search channel while provide ongoing direction to agency partners on seasonal priorities & commercial plans and channel execution
·              Own sku list management, invoice processing, search campaign QA, and channel tracking creation and monitoring and other needs that arise for smooth execution of the programs
·              Develop channel marketing plans including driving the roadmap, reviewing test results, planning monthly budget needs, and aligning messaging strategy to drive business priorities
·              Provide insightful data & key takeaways to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions
·              Attend and participate in all internal, agency, and vendor calls as search expert identifying opportunities to grow and improve programs

·              Proven track record of leading performance-driven marketing which resulted in revenue growth
·              Bachelor’s Degree, plus 4-6 years direct experience managing Paid Search programs including PLA (PMAX) is a must, preferably at a large organization or agency
·              Strong reporting and analysis skills—you’re obsessive about data and using it to drive your channel performance and success. Experience with Google Ads, a bid management platform (e.g. Search Ads 360) and Omniture desirable
·              Working business knowledge of tag management, tracking pixels, data feeds, data collection and exchange. Experience with multi-touch attribution and media mix models a plus
·              Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills; highly detail-oriented. Great people skills, collaborative and used to working in a fast-paced environment
