Title: Temp Loyalty Operations Lead
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Hours: full time – EST time zone
Location: Remote
Rate: $40 – 47/hr

Position Summary
The Lead, Loyalty Operations will be a key teammate on the newly formed Americas Loyalty team, responsible for creating, managing and leading the brand’s new loyalty program operations. This role will report to the Director, Loyalty Marketing, Americas.

The ideal candidate is a data driven, detail oriented, highly collaborative strong communicator that has a bias for action and can build and execute compelling and innovative loyalty consumer experiences.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintain calendar of events for loyalty program. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional partners to incorporate efforts into other calendars.
• Manage fulfillment of points and rewards through email, direct mail & sms.
• Manage loyalty engine, working with partners to plan, prioritize and execute strategies based on business goals.
• Build processes and procedures to improve loyalty program operations
• Drive operational KPIs and communicate performance in partnership with Analytics team.
• Manage program day-to-day operations, in addition to building out and documenting new processes to support operations.

Education / Experience
• 3-5 years of experience working in loyalty, marketing or other related experience.
• Experience with loyalty programs, operations, program systems & promotions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, consumer centric company, retail/direct-to-consumer a preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
