  Deliver warm and welcoming customer service, making our customers feel relaxed and comfortable in our beautifully designed spaces and trust in your skill and experience

?        Confidently style and advise our customers on their jewelry needs, using our exclusively designed products, to help them achieve their desired look

?        Bespoke measure and weld permanent jewelry including, but not limited to, bracelets onto our customers wrists

?        Advise our customers on the welding process during their appointment

?        Maintain excellent product knowledge and complete brand training in order to meet our customers’ needs and drive sales

?        Support the aftercare process, confidently resolving any problems customers may experience

?        Deliver welding services in store through use of welding machinery and equipment adhering to all health and safety procedures

?        Provide feedback on product and customer experience to your line manager, raising any issues as soon as they arise

?        Be responsible for the accuracy of welding stock items, supporting with inventory checks when required

?        Keep the equipment and services area clean and tidy at all times, adhering to brand guidelines and standards

?        Assist our customers to personalize their chosen engravable pieces through the use of our engraving machine
