Hourly Rate: $17 – $18/hr
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Location: Pittsburg, PA
Responsibilities:
- Create an exceptional, unique, and personalized experience through a hands-on approach and exceeding customer expectations through channels such as email, chat, text, phone, and social media.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and troubleshoot solutions for questions or issues that arise.
- Establish long-term relationships with key customers based on data about their preferences, behaviors and purchases.
- Gather feedback of customer inquiries and concerns about procedures, services and products and filter them through the appropriate departments.
- Work closely with other internal departments to ensure issues are resolved and enable seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Gmail and other internet based applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability multi-task and to learn new tasks and systems quickly
- Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation skills
- Open Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
