Title: Temp Customer Service Representative
Duration: ongoing with potential to go perm
Hourly Rate: $14.74-$15.74
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Location: Remote- local to San Antonio, TX
Responsibilities: 

  • Provide assistance to viewers via phone and/or chat regarding account management, billing queries, content questions, and basic navigation of  site and applications.
  • Make Streaming product recommendations on each viewer interaction. 
  • Establish long-term relationships with key customers based on data about their preferences, behaviors and purchases.
  • Create an exceptional, unique, and personalized experience through a hands-on approach and exceeding customer expectations through channels such as email, chat, text, phone, and social media.
  • Gather feedback of customer inquiries and concerns about procedures, services and products and filter them through the appropriate departments.
  • Troubleshoot solutions for questions or issues that arise.
  • Work closely with other internal departments to ensure issues are resolved and enable seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices. 
  • Open Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
