Title: Temp Customer Service Representative
Duration: ongoing with potential to go perm
Hourly Rate: $14.74-$15.74
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Location: Remote- local to San Antonio, TX
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to viewers via phone and/or chat regarding account management, billing queries, content questions, and basic navigation of site and applications.
- Make Streaming product recommendations on each viewer interaction.
- Establish long-term relationships with key customers based on data about their preferences, behaviors and purchases.
- Create an exceptional, unique, and personalized experience through a hands-on approach and exceeding customer expectations through channels such as email, chat, text, phone, and social media.
- Gather feedback of customer inquiries and concerns about procedures, services and products and filter them through the appropriate departments.
- Troubleshoot solutions for questions or issues that arise.
- Work closely with other internal departments to ensure issues are resolved and enable seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.
- Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
- Open Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
