Responsibilities:
-Drive sales by offering an elevated in store experience and offering in-depth product knowledge
-Lead and develop the sales team on how to sell various price points, communicate with clients and maximize sales in a fast-paced luxury space
-Make key business decisions regarding client interactions, merchandise, scheduling etc.
-Assure the store is up to brand standards when it comes to visual displays and dress code and product allocation
-Report to multiple supervisors and work cross functionally to make sure the team follows the correct policies and procedures
Requirements:
-1-3 years of supervisor experience + coming from retail, service or hospitality space
-Educational degree
*Bilingual is a plus*
Salary: $40,000-50,000
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC
