Salary: $75,000 – $80,000

Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire a Store Manager for our store in Fashion Island. We are looking for someone who is capable of not only leading this store but also has the capability of growing with the company as we expand our fleet.
Responsibilities:
Hire and onboard a staff of customer-focused associates that will represent the brand
Build a successful client base and clienteling strategy
Be responsible for the total store business, sales, expenses, and experience
Evaluate stock and make recommendations to corporate team on key styles
Train and develop team members
Communicate regularly on opportunities and challenges with corporate team
Additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
Capable of driving sales and establishing new business
Ability to lead independently in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment
A minimum of 2-3 years as an Assistant Store Manager or 1-2 years as a Store Manager
Customer centric with a positive, can-do attitude
