Responsibilities:
-Lead and develop a team of around 5 in a luxurious upscale boutique setting
-Increase productivity through clienteling and partnerships
-Train, develop and motivate the team
-Meet and exceed sales goals and lead sales expectations and standards
-Offer clear and consistent feedback/updates to corporate partners
-Assist and delegate store operations
-Manage payroll, scheduling and breaks
Requirements: 3+ years of supervisor experience, luxury or contemporary is a PLUS
Salary: $70,000-100,000
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC
