Store Manager

Title: Store Manager 
Company: Women's Ready to Wear Brand
Location: Venice, California 

Responsibilities:

• Strive to achieve store sales goals
• Implement and execute clienteling strategies and corporate customer initiatives
• Maximize presence on the sales floor to serve the customer and supervise the team
• Identify key areas within the market for new business development opportunities, including partnering with corporate PR / Marketing team to enhance market awareness
• Effectively communicate and review store sales performance and corporate directives with staff 
• Recruit and hire retail employees according to HR guidelines
• Develop team members and monitor individual monthly sales goals, KPIs, operations, and customer service
• Plan and organize employee schedule and attendance
• Oversee stock control, inventory, and P&L
• Ensure execution of excellent visual merchandising according to company guidelines

Requirements

• At least four years of retail management experience 
• Achieve increased brand awareness and brand image
• Effectively manage all store activities
• Ability to stand 8 hours during the business day
• Ability to complete standard cleaning duties
