To make this vision a reality, they are looking for an enthusiastic, agile and passionate Store Manager eager to evolve in a demanding environment in Dublin.
As Store Manager, reporting into the Retail Manager for Northern Europe, you will participate in the development of the brand in the local market. This experience will enable you to have full ownership on your store and team of 8.
You will have the opportunity to learn and self-develop in an environment surrounded by professionals with high determination and competence.
Key Responsibilities
Business and Client Developer:
- Monitor the store performance and always remain aware of market trends
- Take the responsibility of the P&L
- Identify areas of improvement and work hand in hand with managers to implement action plans to achieve the commercial objectives
- Leading by example in order to establish a client-centric mind-set to offer clients the best experience in store and achieve the CRM objectives
- Translate the store’s objectives into concrete daily targets and tasks, inspire the team to reach the targets
- Floor presence to support the team with sales across all categories
- Be the link between the head office and the store
Brand Ambassador and Promoter:
- Be the ambassador of the brand and endorse the culture and values to promote
- Ensure the best level of client experience
- Handle delicate customer situations if needed
Process Owner:
- Ensure that all the processes are compliant with the legal, regulatory and internal requirements
- Being transversal in the front of house and back of house, responsible of the stock and store planning
- Guarantee the proper execution of all tasks related to the digitalization of the store
Talent Hunter, Manager & Skills Developer:
- Review teams performance and potential to retain top talent. detect new talents in your daily environment and recruit them
- Manage the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, develop the team spirit
- Regularly coach the team to ensure they develop the key skills expected at their position
Education:
- Masters/bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- 5-6 years of retail management experience or equivalent

- Proven ability to manage large teams, strong leadership
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty
- Strong communication skills

Languages:
- Fluent in English
- A second language would be a plus
