Responsibilities:
-Open a new location from the ground up including staffing, merchandising, training and onboarding and setting customer service expectations
-Meet and exceed productivity goals and seek opportunity to drive business through local partnerships and networking efforts
-Develop talent through coaching in the moment and succession planning
-Offer strong product and promote the mission of the brand
-Offer elevated customer service and support the team on the selling floor
-Delegate and execute store operations and visual moves
-Assist the corporate teams in selecting inventory for the store and constantly communicate with cooperate team on customer feedback
Requirements: 4+ years of retail management experience
Salary: Depending upon experience
