Title: Senior Integrated Marketing Manager

Salary: $95K-$105K *Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.*
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and strategies for influencer partnerships, brand activations, events, and brand partnerships that drive brand awareness, growth, and engagement in the beauty industry.
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and partners to collaborate on campaigns that align with brand values and objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, product launches, and activations, from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are on-brand, on time, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, social media, creative, PR, and sales to ensure seamless execution and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop and manage budgets for all marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate and execute contracts and partnership agreements with vendors, partners, and influencers.
- Analyze and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on influencer partnerships, brand activations, events, and brand partnerships in the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events that drive brand awareness, growth, and engagement.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and report on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Experience developing and managing budgets for marketing initiatives.
