Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical advertising, is hiring Sr Copywriters to support a major client. In this role, you’ll be responsible for concepting and executing integrated, cross-channel initiatives. Projects include websites, online advertising, and digital marketing. You’ll shape creative strategy and display strong conceptual abilities, offering unique solutions to challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of creative briefs and strategic and tactical plans
- Maintain awareness of the client’s marketplace, adapting work as needed
- Partner with the client to develop solutions and effectively present ideas
- Work independently under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects
- Articulate a clear direction to the studio, vendors, and junior staff
- Develop expert-level knowledge of the science and use it innovatively in your work
- Ensure copy tone and style are consistent with brand and style guidelines
- Interact with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics
- Produce work at the highest level, in line with client goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of writing experience in an advertising or interactive agency.
- Must have 1+ years of Pharma or Health/Healthcare experience (can be Consumer or HCP)
- Previous mentor or leadership experience is strongly preferred
- Strong experience working on large cross-channel and/or direct marketing initiatives including rich media, web, direct, and print. Experience with online and social media is strongly preferred.
- A diverse portfolio of work in the pharma space
- Must be open to travel as needed for client meetings and social events
