Responsibilities:
-Assist in running the business from networking, event planning, creating partnerships, clienteling initiatives, marketing and creating brand exposure
-Build and develop a loyal client base through creating an authentic and personalized experience that is in line with the core values of the brand
-Act as a brand ambassador and offer strong product knowledge on footwear and all additional categories carried in store
-Define operational procedures in store to run most efficiently and set KPI expectations with a strategic mindset
-Assist with the buys for the store and have a say when it comes to the right product selection and knows how the store should be merchandised
Requirements: Has a background in client services and has held supervisor level responsibilities. This person can come from retail or hospitality but must be open to working retail hours.
Salary: $49,920 (paid hourly)
